A Typical Day

The day begins at 6:15 am every morning. You wake up looking out at the ocean with the most beautiful view. Patients go to the Nursing Station to get all vitals checked. Twice a week, blood is drawn in the morning to check levels. Breakfast is served at 8:00am. All food at Sanoviv is low glycemic, so there is no added sugars or any food that will spike sugar levels. No coffee or any drinks other than water, tea, and green juices are served. After breakfast, treatments begin. Lunch is served at 1:00pm. Treatments resume after lunch. Dinner is served at 6:00pm. After dinner, you have the rest of the night to yourself. Sanoviv will also have lectures about different healing modalities during the days that you can attend.
