Western Medicine:

Chemotherapy, Radiation, & Surgery

I did use some Western medicine to heal; it was definitely a big part of my journey. I did a total of 10 rounds of chemotherapy and did have some radiation done in Mexico. I also did another therapy in Mexico that can be done in the States, called Kaytruda.

Western medicine can definitely work alongside alternative and integrative medicine. There are aspects of both that are important in healing. In my specific case, I needed chemotherapy and radiation to help me heal. There are so many methods out there for healing, and if they can all work cohesively together to lead to your ultimate healing, that is amazing!
