Meditation is another way to reconnect with your mind and spirit. To remove yourself from your body and focus on just being. It is easier said than done, but the skill grows over time. It is a beneficial way to bring pure peace, joy, and love to your body, putting it in the optimal internal environment to heal. The mind has more power than we think, being a conduit of emotions and feelings that control our day. The patterns that we live day after day are manifestations of our mind, so if you can change those thoughts in your mind, your life will follow and change. You, with God, are ultimately in control of your life, and you have the power within you to heal, you just have to harness it and nurture it.
